What are the important dates to note?

- 1st April 2008: End of the acceptance of Caplis cards. All motorway companies which “adhered” to Caplis, committed themselves to keep accepting Caplis cards as mean of payment until this deadline.

- 1st August 2008: Application of the new "Eurovignette" Directive

- 2009: The enlargement of the acceptance to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia, initially forecast by 2007, has probably been delayed. Operability tests are in progress, particularly in Spain. Until 2009 and little by little the enlargement will be done.
